At Serenity Laser Medical Centre, we protect your personal and health information per Canadian privacy laws. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. Prepaid packages and promotional rates may have specific cancellation terms; these will be communicated at purchase and take precedence.

All sales for services are final; we do not offer refunds for completed services. However, Serenity Laser Medical Centre stands behind the quality of our care and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concerns. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact the clinic in writing within 14 days of the service date so we can review your case and work with you to make it right. Possible remedies may include service corrections, complimentary follow-up treatments, or clinic credit at our discretion.

Refunds are issued only for portions of services not yet received. Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing within 14 days of payment. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Products may be returned unopened and in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund; opened or used products are non-refundable unless defective.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases you will be offered an immediate reschedule or a full refund.
